1. Information We Do Not Collect

Exito con FBA Tools PRO is built with a strictly native architecture. We do not own, operate, or route your data through any third-party centralized servers or backend databases. Therefore, we do not collect, harvest, store, or sell any of your Personal Identifiable Information (PII), your browsing history, your financial data, or your Amazon Seller Central credentials.

2. Information Stored Locally

In order for the Chrome Extension to function efficiently, it saves specific settings directly onto your own computer's local hard drive utilizing Chrome's native chrome.storage.local API. This includes:

• Your inputted Keepa API Key.
• Your mathematical arbitrage constraints (Target ROI %, Shipping fees, Prep fees, Taxes).

This data never leaves your device except to authenticate directly with the Keepa API.

3. External API Communication

To provide real-time arbitrage analytics and seller gating validation, the extension acts as a bridge between your browser and official endpoints:

• Keepa API: The extension securely transmits Target ASINs directly from your browser to `api.keepa.com` to download historic pricing charts and Buy Box mathematics using your provided API key.
• Amazon Seller Central: The extension silently sends HTTPS requests to `sellercentral.amazon.com/product-search` strictly using your own active browser cookies to verify if your specific merchant account is eligible to sell a specific ASIN. We do not read, extract, or have access to your login payload.

4. Data Selling and Sharing

Because we do not have a centralized server or database that receives your tool queries, it is physically impossible for us to sell your search history, winning products, or API credentials to any third-party company or advertising firm.

5. Changes to this Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy periodically. If any architectural changes occur that require external data routing, you will be explicitly notified via the Chrome Web Store update log before installing the new version.
